The waiting time for the device is about 4-6 weeks after signing the contract.

What is the reservation advance required?
The advance payment is equal to 10-30% of the project value payable after signing the delivery contract.
 

What are the available forms of financing?
Possible purchase in cash, on credit or leasing.
We work with the majority of leasing companies in Poland.

How long does the warranty last?
12 months for european customers.

How much does the service training cost?
The training is free after purchasing a device and takes place at the headquarters of our company.

How long does it take to regenerate the DPF filter?
Regeneration depending on the contamination and takes from 40 minutes to 2 hours.

Are there any supplies available?
Yes. We offer liquid filters and a biodegradable detergent.
 

Do I have to customize my service to use the machine?
The device requires a compressor and a 3-phase power supply.

Will the device be delivered to me after a purchase?
We can send it by our transport, courier or it is possible to collect it personally. We set delivery details individually.
